We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide through the contact form on our website: full name, email address, and the content of your message. 3. Purpose of data processing
Data provided through the contact form will be used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and provide you with the requested information about real estate crowdlending. Analytical data is used to improve the browsing experience and the quality of our content. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: (a) your express consent when submitting the contact form (Article 6.1.a GDPR); (b) our legitimate interest in improving our services for analytical data (Article 6.1.f GDPR), provided you have given your consent for the corresponding cookies.

Contact form data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to your enquiry and, in any case, during the applicable legal limitation periods. Analytical data will be retained for a maximum of 26 months from collection.
